About Establishment Section!

The Establishment Section of IIIT Allahabad is headed by Dr. Pavan Kumar Saini, Joint Registrar and deals with all the service / establishment matters relating to Teaching & Non-Teaching employees .

The Establishment Section mainly deals with the following duties for the Teaching and Non-Teaching Employees of IIIT Allahabad:

1) Maintaining Services Books and Personal Files.

2) Maintaining Leave Records of various natures.

3) All procedure related to Recruitments of Employees.

4) Maintaining Post based Reservation Rosters of SC, ST, OBC, EWS, UR, ESM, PwDs.

5) Issuance of order for grant of Leave Travel Concession with Encashment of Leave.

6) Maintaining Leave Travel Concession records of Employees.

7) Joining related various works.

8) To release the order of joining of the employees.

9) Issuance of Employee ID Cards.

10) Issuance of Experience Certificates.

11) Various Correspondences with the Ministry of Education for sanctioning of Positions and other works.

12) Implementation of MACP Scheme to Non-Teaching Employees.

13) Confirmation of Services after completing probation periods.

14) Issuance of Various orders such as Resignation, Termination of Services, Removal/Dismissal, Retirement on superan nuation, Qualifying Services, Pensions, Gratuity, Service Gratuity, Death Gratuity, Encashment of Leave, Family Pension, Voluntary Retirement, etc.

15) Preparation of Pension papers.

16) Issuance of No Objection Certificate who seek employment elsewhere.

17) Issuance of No Objection Certificate for the passport.

18) Forwarding of Applications for other employment.

19) Disciplinary Proceedings.

20) Suspension and Reinstatement.

21) Issuance of orders related to Deputation and Pensionary Contribution.

22) Seniority and Promotions.

23) Granting, Retention / Termination of lien to the Employees.

24) Annual Property Return regarding movable and immovable property.
